What Are Lead Credits?
We understand that Non-Billable Leads sometimes occur. Typically our Clients quickly submit these for review and they are not included on their Billing Statement.
However, if our team marks a Lead Non-Billable after you have paid for it (for example, if the Lead is not submitted for review until after it has been invoiced) then a Lead Credit will be applied to your account.
Lead Credits will be automatically applied to the following Billable Leads Statement.
Where Can I View My Lead Credits?
Lead Credits are displayed on the mySD Dashboard Billing Snapshot as well as in the mySD Billing Center. You can also view Lead Credits on your Billing Statement once they have been applied.
