What Are Lead Credits?
We understand that Non-Billable Leads sometimes get through before we can catch them with our Quality Assurance Team. Typically, Clients Submit these for Review and Non-Billable Leads are not included on the Billing Statement.
However, if our team marks a Lead Non-Billable after you have already paid for it (for example, if the Lead is not submitted for review until after it has been invoiced) then a Lead Credit will be applied to your Account on your next Billable Leads Statement.
