Add or remove Users, set permissions, reset passwords, and adjust notification preferences in the Users pane. You can access these settings anywhere in mySD by clicking "More" in the top navigation bar and selecting "Users."

Many of our clients service multiple Service Categories and expand into more Service Areas as their businesses continue to grow. We support clients across the US and Canada in a variety of Service Categories, so if you have additional locations and/or Service Categories that you would like to promote, schedule a time to speak with one of our Support Team Members to discuss if adding more Campaigns is right for you!

 

SeparatorLinePause or Cancel Your mySD Account

We understand that there might be occasions when you may need to temporarily pause new Leads or may simply no longer need new customer Leads. We want to help you make the most informed decision on whether you should Pause or Cancel your Account.

If you want to Cancel your account entirely, we would hate to see you go. That said, our service is contract-free and you can cancel at any time. But keep in mind that we have many options to reduce Lead Volume or temporarily Pause your Leads, which are often better short term alternatives to Canceling your Account.

If you still wish to completely Cancel your Account, please contact a Support Team Member.
