What Are Lead Credits?
We understand that Non-Billable Leads sometimes get through before we can catch them with our Quality Assurance Team. Typically, Clients submit these for review and Non-Billable Leads are not included on the Billing Statement.
However, if our team marks a Lead Non-Billable after you have already paid for it (for example, if the Lead is not submitted for review until after it has been invoiced) then a Lead Credit will be applied to your Account on your next Billable Leads Statement.
Where Can I View My Lead Credits?
Lead Credits are displayed on the mySD Dashboard Billing Snapshot as well as in the mySD Billing Center. You can also view Lead Credits on your Billing Statement once they have been applied.
