Subject to our business hours and support team availability, we are happy to chat with you live to answer your questions, provide you articles and videos, or transfer you to the right support team member.
Every page in mySD has a chat icon in the bottom right hand side of the screen that opens our chat box to get you connected to our team.
Chat with the Help Bot when Live Chat is Unavailable
Our advanced Help Bot can understand full sentences and is designed to direct you to the right support articles for your question.
To begin, click the chat bubble in the lower right corner of any page in mySD and type in your question, topic, keyword, or phrase.
In the event our Help Bot cannot answer your question, you will be given the option to open a Support Request and a member of our team will be with you as quickly as possible.

If the Help Center articles haven't addressed your questions, please submit a Support Request and our Team will happily help with your Service Direct Account.
To get started, click the "Contact Us" button in the upper right corner of the Help Center homepage. You will then be directed to our Support Form which will ask you for more detailed information about your request. For multiple issues, you can select all boxes that apply. Remember, the more detailed you can be with your request, the better we can help resolve your issue.
