As a member of the Service Direct Select program you have many different ways to get help from our team of experts. We have extensive self help resources as well as email, chat and phone support.
Service Direct Help Center
The fastest way to get answers to your questions, our Help Center provides access to dozens of articles about your Service Direct account. Here you can find articles about billing as well as detailed how-tos to help you get the most out of our Lead Management software. You can access the Help Center 24/7.
Our advanced Help Bot can understand full sentences and is designed to direct you to the right support articles for your question. To begin, click the chat bubble in the lower right corner of any page in mySD and type in your question, topic, or phrase.
In the event our Help Bot cannot answer your question, you will be given the option to open a Support Request and a member of our team will be with you as quickly as possible.

To get started, click the "Contact Us" button in the upper right corner of the Help Center homepage. You will then be directed to our Support Form which will ask you for more detailed information about your request. For multiple issues, you can select all boxes that apply. Remember, the more detailed you can be with your request, the better we can help resolve your issue!
