By default, all Service Direct Clients receive our automated Quality Check features powered by artificial intelligence to help catch misaligned Leads such as Spam, Wrong Number and the like. Our combination of technology and human reviewers do our best to catch as many of these Non-Billable Leads as possible, but it is your responsibility to manage your Leads and submit them for Review if you believe some to be Non-Billable.
If you would like us to check all of your Leads on your behalf, enroll in the Call Insights Service to ensure that our Quality Assurance team reviews, verifies and analyzes each call lead outcome.
Our Call Insights Service can be added on to any Marketplace or Select Lead Generation program and includes a personalized monthly Call Insights Report showing actionable data about your Campaigns to help you unlock valuable insights and improve performance.
