Change or Reset User Passwords or Get Help with a Forgotten Email

Learn how to update the password and email address for your mySD Account.

This article explains how to change or reset a mySD password, recover a forgotten password, and retrieve a forgotten login email. To get started, navigate to the Users page by clicking More in the Navigation Menu, then selecting Users.

Each user on your mySD account has their own unique password. To change a user's password:

  1. Go to the Users page.
  2. Click the Edit link on the far right of the applicable user's row.
  3. In the popup that appears, click Send Password Reset to this User.
The user will receive an email with a link to create a new password. The link may take a few minutes to arrive — if it doesn't appear in the inbox, check the spam or junk folder. Note that the reset link expires after 24 hours; if it has expired, repeat the steps above to send a new one.

If a user has forgotten their password, any other user with account access can send them a password reset link using the same steps above.

Note: If you are the only user on the account, see the What to Do if You Forgot Your Password section below.
