The mySD platform is supported by the current versions of a wide variety of popular desktop and mobile web browsers, including:
- Chrome
- Safari
- Firefox
- Opera
- Brave
- Edge* (not supported during the initial Sign Up process but after it's usable)
If your preferred browser is not listed, we recommend switching to one of the above-listed browsers while using mySD to ensure an uninterrupted experience.
If you are having trouble accessing the mySD platform on a supported browser, first, check to see you are on the current version, clearing your browser cache, and clearing any cookies from your browser.
